Any and all controversy(ies) / dispute(s) / difference(s)/ claim(s) / claim(s) in tort arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this contract, including its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration of sole Arbitrator nominated by the Council for National and International Commercial Arbitration (CNICA), having its registered office at Unit No.412, ‘Raheja Towers’, Alpha Wing, 4th Floor, Door No:113-134, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 002, India, through its www.cnica-odr.com portal and CNICA Rules of ODR shall apply and prevail.
It is further agreed that such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure set out in CNICA Rules of ODR with such amendments made from time to time.
For the purpose all of communication under CNICA Rules of ODR through www.cnica-odr.com shall be addressed only to the email address and the mobile numbers provided by the parties to the agreement.
The award so rendered shall be final and binding on the parties. The language shall be English and the online venue shall be subjected to the Jurisdiction at __________________________________ (City).
